I have lived at pebblebrook for 1 year and I do plan on moving when me lease runs out. It is reasonable place to live for students, however, I found the units to be a bit too small. It lacked adequete storage space and there is no additional space available for rent. One complaint I have about the complex is the lack of garbage shoots. Be prepared to hike a quarter mile to take out the trash. Overall the apartments were clean and all appliances worked well enough to sustain life. They did try to rip us off when we were moving in as far as the rent was concerned but we were able to work it out and paid what we wanted to. If you are a professional looking for a professional place to live this may not be the place, however, I your a college student looking to get out of the dorm this is a pretty good option. I liked having access to to tennis courts and pool despite the pool pulling double duty as a daycare on the weekends. Who are these kids parents'

I would NOT reccommend this place for ANYONE to live. If you are a collge student, most likey your parents pay for you to be here - so you don't see how EXPENSIVE it is to live here.

This is not a College Dorm, where does everyone get this from.
Central doesn't run this.
Grow up, and act like you know how to handel you booze and pay you rent!! have a lot of class about yourselves.
