eh...liked it better before I moved in

Grounds are ok..they are kept up nice. Appliances are somewhat new. Unexplainable rules (only white or off-white curtains at the windows') Dont like the fact you can walk in the first set of doors without a key or the lighting in the parking lot (need more lighting). I hear car alarms go off in the parking lot at least 3 times a week, and I often wonder if its a legitimate alarm. We live on the 3rd floor and I saw a little mouse on my balcony, that freaked us out. A load of clothes is 1.20 a load and thats a little high compared to where I lived before this East of the river (much nicer east of the river!) Rent is high (865 for 1 bed room) and thats townhouse rent if you ask me. Can?t wait till my lease is up!
