The biggest problem would have to be the "service" that is provided by the staff. They are very rude, condesending, and either they don't care or they are not that intelligent, it is hard to tell. They signed for a package for me and never told me that it was there. Three months later when I found out that a package had been sent to me, I contacted the office and they said they had no record of the delivery. I then contacted the post office and they provided me with the name and date of the signee. I then contacted the office again and they said it must be some mistake as that person didn't work here. They argued with me for awhile and put their manager on the phone, who finally admitted that the person "may" have been a temp. She kept saying to me "receiving packages is a convenience that we provide to you, if you don't appreciate itwe just wont accept your packages any more" Imagine that, convenient, for them to lose my package and then lie about it. Lickily it was nothing serious, so I didn't pursue the problem, although I wish I did just for the principle of it.
That was not the only problem I have had though, and every time the people that they have in that office, especcially the manager, make you feel like you are a bad person. When you move in you have to fill out a paper listing all the maintenence problems in your apartment for security deposit reasons. There were several small problems in our apartment, but they made it uncomfortable or inconvenient for us. It took three and a half months for them to finally come fix the problems. And every time we called they either acted dumb or said that someone will be out there and that we need to be patient.
Some other problems are theft, although it has never happened to me, a lot of people that I work with (I work for a large business in the area) has had problems or has friends who has had problems, mostly with cars
There are always skunks in the parking lot which is quite unnerving if you ever come home when it is dark.
They put on a wonderful facade, but it is an awful place to live. Don't make the same mistake we did find somewhere else to live. If you don't believe me, ask 5 random people who live here, you will be shocked.
