For the price each resident pays for rent it would be nice to get new cabinets and not have to pay $25.00 each month for them for as long as you live at Pebblebrook.
I would settle for new "brown" ones inside and out.
And weed out the College students, they are ruining your complex.
Plus the people on the very first level, with no balcony's use their windows as door exits with themselves and their children, and their garbage.
During the week the grounds and garbage bins look decent. But after the week-end it looks like this place is a project. And that is when you have your company and don't want them to see how things "really are". Your embaressed to even have company over.
So maybe we need twice as many garbage bins there are on the grounds. And hire people for the week-end to look after things.
Personally I think they shouldn't have to pick up garbage from all the tenents. The tenents shouldn't liter. But then this goes back to the College students and their visitors, who aren't here for the long haul.
Some people have been here 12 or more years!
So I am sure they seen alot of changes.
And the smokers seem to think that their "butts" just disapear when they throw them off from their balcany's and by the entrances of all the doors.
