I live at Pebblebrook apartments and let me tell you between the rotten smell in the hallways or Murphy's security knocking on your door because they think your alitte long is not worhth paying over $1000. a month
The management staff changes almost everyday and they come up with the dumbiest rules ever. Instead of worring about maybe fixing the drive way so our cars don't bottom out they spend our money on new parking pass that was a struggle to get if you have a roommate.
Trust me when i say a jail because for example I had my radio on at 4pm in the afternoon the maintence guy knocked on my door to tell me it was to loud if i sneezed it would have been louder than my radio. So if you make no noise come on in but for the rest this place is not close to what you pay.

the problem with the radio being loud is that you probably don't realize how loud it sounds to your neighbors. Atleast you have the manners and not play it loud at 2 am when a neighbor comes home drunk and is fighting with their "roomate, or wife. or husband. ect". and you are right about "fixing" up this place, for 1040 our apartments all should look like the model. I wonder what "section 8 allows" Plus the floors are so dirty, never washed, and forget about the dirt behind the washers and dryers, a fire in the making.
