Apartment is HOT LIKE A SAUNA in the summer. A/C is built into the living room wall, but does not circulate unless you leave on 24/7... I don't recommend this because electricity bill more than triples! You are stuck living uncomfortably until the weather cools off. In the winter, heat does not circulate either. The living room is HOT and the bedroom is freazing with absolutely no heat.

Management is friendly and accomodating. I complained about the dirtiness of the stairwells in our building and they have been spotless ever since.

Besides the temperatures of the apartment, the money is worth it for someone who is watching their spending or cannot afford anything more. You get everything you need, but it is by no means a nice place to stay. I am anxious to move out and find something more comfortable to live in.

Sorry but it is not worth the money, I have been here for 3 years and the laundry rooms are discusting, New floor went in about 3 years ago and the old ones were cleaner. So dirty behind the washers and dryers which probably been here 10 or more years. Only "Shakey" keeps the buildings clean but I understand that they rotate. People write on the walls.- for what? This place really wouldnt be so bad it it was clean every day. No cigarette buts by the entrances, or litter. Inside the apartments need upgrades, while you live here would be nice, Not when someone moves. The hallways need a glossy paint so they can be wiped clean. That brown has to go, Sorry whoever was the decorator.
