WOW! Where should I start'''' All my neighbors are 20 or under and do not ever leave their apartment. They are mostly CCSU students who do not go to class but spend their days and nights playing video games or listening to their television at extremely loud levels. The noise is ridiculous! They represent themselves as a professional community which is code for lots of kids running around whose parents are paying for them to live here because it is more akin to a college dorm than an actual living space. Actually my college dorm was nicer than this run down piece of crap place. The staff is horrible and makes rules up on a daily basis. They sent ME a noise complaint and I am never home... I call the New Britain police department on almost a nightly basis and nothing is done about the noise. Don't move here if you are over 20 years old and actually enjoy a quiet living space!!!!

Barely any hard working families that live there. The only families that I have ever came encounter with are the middle-eastern families that live in a one bedroom with 8 people bunking out on the floors of it. I have lived there for just about 3 years then finally moved. The school aged children waiting for the bus in the mornings are the people who live up the hill in the condos ... lol ...

The problem is-these are NOT DORMS! I have no idea where that came from. Do you see the school age kids waiting for the bus in the morning. There are hard working families here. Keep calling the NB police, maybe they can treat this place like the Belevdere home owneres that live near CCSU- they took back their neighborhood. No more parties and peeing on there lawns and on that of ST Francis Church-lol-OMG! Maybe it would be wise for Pebblebrook to stop renting to College age, or atleast tell them these are not DORMS, dorms are on college campuses. How about upgrading inside of the apartments. While the resident stills live in it and not only when one becomes vacant?????

Well then I guess Pebblebrook management didnt do there job in screening people. How much do you pay that agency anyway. If there are 8 people sleeping in a 1 or 2 bedroom then lets get rid of them too. I kinda figure that, Only 2 guest are allow at the pool and there would be so many adults and kids together, I thought how can they all fit in there apartment. The Pool attendents don't care, heck they cant even take a swim to cool off because the young ladies that worked last ruined it for them. I agree with the response: there are hard working people in general living here. There is a new "LAW" in NB for CCSU students and landlords I surely hope it applies to Pebblebrook Apts. Belvidere you ROCK!

If you are near a college and the rent of a place is as cheap as this one. Then you should expect a ton of college students to be there. I have lived all around this country and live in three different places like this. I do contract work for colleges. They are were loud and a lot of parties. You get what you pay for. If you are a full time worker and want quiet then you should be smart enough to get another place. Yes, it might cost more, but it will keep college kids out. As for calling the cops all the time, I bet that is a big reason why they dont to anything. Cops understand college towns. They dont want to arrest every young kid that is trying to get educated and have a little fun. My brother is a cop and he hated people like you. You take away time that the cops could be doing real police work. If you have a problem with people making noise talk to them yourself. Calling the cops on them just makes them want to be louder. Be a social person not a ----. Also the main reason you seemed piss is that these kids are going to college. Just cause you did not get a chance to go doesn't mean you should bash on college kids. A lot of kids pay for their own school, like I did. When you have kids that are going to college you going to be paying for a lot of stuff of their too.
