I've lived here for almost a year now and haven't had any problems with the place itself. I'm happy with the size of a one bedroom and my neighbors seem nice. The only real problem I have is, I come home from work late some nights (between 11-11:30 PM) and it can be very hard to find a parking space. They also had people doing work on the outside of the buildings over the summer and they would start sawing/ hammering/etc. outside my window really early in the morning. That was quite annoying, but over now. The balconies and the driveways could use a little sprucing up as well. Other than that, I can't complain.

Pebblebrook is in need of ceiling repairs and the balconies need paint . the leasing manager is really a meanie. The college kids destroy the property and throw trash all over the grounds. There music is mostly rap crap played very lound. It reeks of pot all the time and I found a crack pipe in the foyer. Time for me to move.
