The landlord/manager ia a lying nasty women. she will do every thing she can to suck money out of you. Diana the manager tells so many lies i do not know how she keeps anything straight. She told me that I had not paid the rent. I told her I dropped it off on the 10th. She told me that I would incur a late fee. I told her the office has lost my check. I told her I would stop payment on my check and issue her a new one minus 25 dollars for the stop payment fee. She rudly disagreed. An hour later she called to tell me she found my check in the waste basket. Yeah right. Diana told my husband and I that Pebblebrook was in a good neighborhood and that upkeep was done on a regular basis. Well my car was stolen and dianna response was that's a shame and walked away. My rug is in need of a shampoo and we had the paint that is chipping off the walls tested for lead. Lead paint it is. We are out of here. I hear getting your security deposit back is a real bad hassle.
