Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
For how much they are asking is a bit much for the bottom level but they do have heat, hot water, and gas included. There is not much noise but there is a strong smell of marijuana in parts of the hallways. Most of the people in the office are great but some just put on an act when you want the apartment and then when you move in their attitudes change. As for the apartment, it is not bad.
