We were told before we moved in that the carpet would be replaced if the stains didn't come out. The stains didn't come out and they decided the carpet didn't need to be replaced, but they would do us a "favor" and replace it. Since they were doing us a favor they didn't think they needed to pro rate the first month. (Our move in was delayed 4 days by the carpet issue.)

It's been the same thing ever since. Two full months and I still don't have the blinds or screens I asked for.

Maintenance started on the screens once. I came home to find all my windows open and/or unlocked. I could have been robbed or worse.

A water leak caused an electrical problem which they didn't consider serious enough to come see over the weekend. If you know anything about electricity you know it doesn't go well with water!

I the management office I have worked with two friendly women and one very rude man named Mike.

Maintenance is either understaffed or incompetent and lazy. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that doesn't get my workorders done!
