Would never reccommend this place to anybody. Price may be affordable, but you don't get what they advertise. Our kitchen was falling apart with cockroaches, and constantly spiders. We were told we had "floorboard heating", when really we lived above the damn boiler room and the company did not care, it was 110 degrees in the summer! The window screens were falling off and living on the first floor, it got broken into. My roommates car was stolen from the unsafe parking lot. Our bathroom tile floor had over 20 missing tiles, and after promising to replace it for the entire year, I had to get 4 stitches in the bottom of my foot, and they STILL haven't replaced it. And on top of it, the owners, ING U.S. Students, they're -------s! Tell you they'll call back, but rarely do. And when you have a meeting with them, they make up lies saying they called you to cancel because of an "emergency", but you show up to the office and they're all sitting there hanging out.
