Not too bad! - My fiance and I lived here for about a year and four months. Overall, I can't complain too much about Fairway. Would recommend I lived at Fairway for 3 years. Perfect size studios for one person. Quiet because no colleges students are allowed to live here. I never had a problem with noise. Maintanence man is great. Office staff was always very helpful. Location is very convenient.
