The rent is low for the area, which is in close proximity to Yale College (12 min), Yale Law (8 min), and Yale Med (18 min). Most places in the area are $100 more expensive and in worse shape. The studios are serviceable; nothing fancy, but of solid construction and approx. 275-300 sq. feet. If you're trying to get by on a grad or undergrad stipend, it's good value for money. The landlord and maintenance staff are excellent: helpful and friendly. There is an elevator and coin-op laundry facilities in the basement.
