My experience at 100 Howe Street has been excellent. I've found DJ and the rest of the Off Broadway staff to be very accommodating and they have always handled my maintenance requests quickly. The studios at 100 Howe are reasonably priced, and my rent has not increased significantly every year, as was the case with my previous landlord/rental in New Haven. The building is close to Yale and downtown. There is a parking lot next to the building (permit parking). They keep it well plowed in the winter and there is usually a place to park. I've stayed in this building so long because of the quality of service that Off Broadway has provided over the years. While I'm leaving 100 Howe itself, I will be renting another apartment from Off Broadway.
