This is a great place to live. It's very close to Yale and in a lovely community of restaurants, shops and cafes. Whenever a minor repair was needed it was finished within 2 days. The hot water heaters and washers and dryers were replaced this year and are brand new, though there was never any major trouble with the older models. The common spaces - stairwell, hall ways etc. are always very clean, the lobby is newly renovated and the trees and plants around the building are always nicely trimmed and the flowers are fresh. Very friendly and helpful management and maintenance. Four different locked doors are between the units and the street, so I always feel safe. I really have no complaints!
