100 Howe is the best apartment building I have ever lived in: the staff is available, helpful, and friendly; the building is secure and the remodeling is attractive; the apartment itself is cheerful and light, as well as clean; the laundry room is clean and always functioning; the parking is more than adequate and adjacent to the building. I would have no reservations about recommending the building to potential tenants!
