I lived at this site for two years. The location was excellent--only minutes away from the yale library and gym. The rental pricing was also very competitive. DJ and the rest of the staff at offbroadway are top notch--friendly, professional, and available. They promptly addressed all of my maintenance issues. I highly recommend their properties for anyone looking for central downtown housing in new haven.
