We lived 2 of us in a corner studio at 100 Howe for a full year. It was pretty small, but the closet space and layout of the apartment was very efficient and allowed for all of our life to fit in it at a very very good cost and convenience. The large closet and indented space for the kitchen make this possible. The laundry facilities are also fairly extensive for a building of its size and nature. Joe and the Off-Broadway team make a real effort to know every tenant and make improvements to the otherwise old building so you feel like you live in a home, and one that's kept clean and safe. We lived at the back of the building on a low floor so there was noise from edgewood frat houses behind us.
