WORST COMPANY EVER

As stated in Blue Star post:
Blue Star, Preperty, Saturn Rental: all the same company. It's infested first of all which is something that should make anyone run. Have you ever heard of an apartment having 4 different infestations'! They don't take care of their property. They only respond when the health dept gets involved. It should be condemned with the plethora of issues and health hazards. Note how so many of their residents end up breaking their lease. This is the company from hell. thought my former land lady was the worst as she was snoopy and rude. This takes the cake for the worst property and management. I don't see how this company supposedly gets awards in other locations. If a company switches names every year, that's a big red flag. RUN.

The person who wrote this ABSOLUTELY speaks the truth. Preperty just took over our building (on lynwood) and we've had major problems since.
