A bargain - just not much cub appeal

Newly renovated apartments in an old and non-too-attractive building. The neighborhood seems sketchy, but I have had no problems in the complex - in fact, the neighbors I've met are friendly and family-oriented. Very quiet complex for the city, and the best value I've seen in downtown New Haven. Only drawbacks are the unattractive exterior and inadequate package delivery.
