Parking around here is terrible, so don't expect anything unless you get a Yale Parking permit. Not the safest area- but they just built Yale security across the street. Packages of mine have been stolen (after the stupid ups guy left them in the lobby).
Pretty quiet except for the homeless guys throwing around glass bottles in the dumpster at 3 in the morning, that ho with the spike heels that walks around the halls in the early morning, or the dude who practices tuba. He stinks. Oh, and the people who blast really crappy music in the springtime when all the windows are open. On the bright side, no dogs or kids, but sound from outside carries really well.
My window faces the inside court, so no view. Elevator is ssslllooooowwww. Laundry in basement gets locked at 8pm, very inconvenient. Management is pretty nice and helpful, the super is always around and really cool. New kitchen fixtures, microwave, etc., but bathroom fixtures really need to be replaced. Smallish rooms. Hallway wallpaper is creepy. Utilities are included, so that saves a lot of money. Overall, pros and cons, mostly average.
