I have a beautiful studio apartment with a fantastic view across downtown New Haven. The high ceilings and large window make it bright, and spacious, and although the kitchen is small, I appreciate that it is set off from the main room to give more space overall. The appliances are excellent, and I have almost never had a problem with noise or the availability of hot water. The other tenants are friendly and courteous, and the management is fantastic. All the units have air conditioners, which is a big plus in the summer. Compared to other professionally managed apartment complexes downtown, I think this one is a bargain for the level of comfort and service you receive, not to mention the convenient location. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
