I have been a very happy resident of Center Court Apartments for the past 3 1/2 years. In fact, I have never lived in an apartment community where the Management has exhibited this high a degree of customer service and professionalism. Sigmond's review of 10/26/03 just doesn't make sense. To be kind- he must have the wrong building!!!!
First of all, the building doesn't even own a parking lot. There are convenient parking lots in the neighborhood- but none are owned by Center Court Apartments.
Secondly- there are no hot water heaters in the building- Heat and hot water are provided by a modern central boiler system. I love the fact that there is ALWAYS ample heat and hot water and it is included in the rent.
