I'm not sure what the writer of "Landlord refuse to make repairs" was talking about. I have lived at this building for 7 years. The most recent property manager of 4 years has been excellent. She caters to the residents and the property. Updates have occurred throughout the years since she began. The building is a much better place to live in. Control access, 24 hours maint., on-site management. The only thing that can make this building a Perfect place would be to have parking. Parking is additional; however, usually I can manage to find parking on the street after returning home from work.

I highly recommend Center Court Apartments!
