Maintenance do a shoddy job and are not in our opinion professionals, they are ''odd job men''. If you want something fixed, you can be sure you'll need it fixed and fixed again. We have had them in our apt every month since we moved in. Paintwork is peeling off the walls in the bathroom - they could do with adding fans - and you can barely open the windows for they are so stiff and difficult to open. Hallways stink of cooking/smells from other residents. No parking, not so safe neighborhood although it is getting better. Now there is a bar and beauty salon across the street, on street parking is hard to find. Office staff pleasant but sometimes quote belligerant and do not admit fault when they make mistakes. All in all, the place is okay, but if you can pick elsewhere downtown, I would.
