anyone who thinks center court is in a bad neighborhood is clueless about new haven neighborhhods.
It is actually one of the safer neighborhoods. Safer than 90% of the rest of New Haven. You can tell who has and has not lived in a city before by reading the ratings here.
Center court is located DIRECTLY behind the federal building where FBI offices are located and therefore the neighborhood gets watched by law enforcement VERY closely (though very unobtrusively)
