I lived at Center Court for three years while I completed my Masters at Yale. I live in a two bedroom apartment with an exceptional view of the Long Wharf. The management was always a pleasure to deal with. Maintenance issues were always addressed immediately. The neighbors were always pleasant to talk to when I worked out in the on-site gym or did my laundry. I never had problems with neighbors? music or noise.

I read all the reviews and it is obvious that the negative views or anonymous are more personal than professional. I advise anyone looking for a new home during their stay in New Haven to view Center Court Apartments. The location is within walking radius to all restaurants and clubs and still not overly affected by downtown noises. The exterior of the building does not do justice to the interior architect of the building and apartment homes.
