This building has problems. From inadequate plumbing that will leave you cold. To random fire alarms that will leave you sleepless on the street. Everyday problems included the laundry machines breaking down and ruining clothes. Problems with noise from both the halls and other tenants rooms. The maintance people are just about worthless, unless you baby them through your problems. Parking is a nightmare with next to none off the street and parking guys that will steal your money every chance they get. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Who wants a home full of hassle.
