I'm not sure what other reports are referring to, but living at Center Court has made life very easy for me. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance responds quickly if there is ever a problem, which is slim to none. Office Staff is very courteous and pleasant to deal with at all times. The staff is on site and sometimes working very late, so they are very easy to get in touch with. My neighbors are very nice also. I don't have to pay for heat nor hot water so the winters are pleasant. Recently, the elevators were given a well needed updating and the gym is adequate and now open 24 hours.

It is unfortunate that these posts are not verified prior to posting. Someone can really do harm just to be spiteful. My suggestion is to view the apartment first and offer your own observation about the apartment community.
