Located off of Fountain Street in Westville, I have really enjoyed living here. I came from the country so this was a nice suburban area outside of downtown on the woodbridge line. The community is set up a like a bunch of little cottages and they almost have a condo/duplex feel to them. Many of the unites are 3 floor, 2 living quarters and a basement. Everything inside is hardwood flooring. The buildings are a bit older so you have to deal with plaster walls and squeaky floors but it gives it character. The only negative thing I would say is that the outer appearance does not do justice to the feel you get in the community. There is a bit of garbage about, but that is only because of the people who choose to put it there. Most neighbors are very clean and respectful. There is parking on the one way street throught community and one assigned spot per unit behind the building you live in. During the winter, that gets a little tough. I haven't had any problems and the management has been wonderful.
