Great price for the space, bad utilities.

For the area, these apartments are stunningly priced. You get two floors and usually a basement with hardwood floors at a cost that is way way below other apartments. The apartments look great inside (not so good on the outside) and you get a small yard too. Also, off street parking in a quiet area.
Unfortunately the place is really old so the utilities are awful. I've had water problems in my basement due to old plumbing every summer and once a sewer back-up into the basement. The electrical wiring is dangerously old and badly needs to be replaced. I can run my toaster and TV and computer and AC unit at the same time.
The no-dogs policy is rather silly too.
