For a former Manhattanite, these apartments are a dream. They provide great space for the money, and a great location in New Haven being only minutes from downtown shops and restaurants. The interiors are tastefully done and have some interesting architectural detail.

The units are right on the street, so there is a level of street noise from both foot and vehicle traffic. They are, however, fairly well insulated, so there is minimal noise, if any, from neighbors.

The management company is very friendly, attentive, and great to work with and responds very quickly to maintenance requests.
