Beautiful building - owner had the right idea. Where he/she's gone wrong is in the people hired to run the place. ----- is trailer-trash in an expensive suit and ----- is just out of high school. A high class building should be run by people who know what class is - not people who wish they knew. Service is seriously lacking for what we pay to live here.
