I have been residing at The Eli since the summer of 2006. As a graduate student, this complex is a bit expensive but definitely worth every penny. The roof access is great, management is responsive to residents' needs, and facilities are extremely clean. After seeing New Haven Towers, The Taft, and Centre Point, The Eli stood out and continues to stand out as the best luxury complex in New Haven.

My only pet peeve about this place is the horrible parking options. There is a small outdoor lot in the back of the complex; however, there is a waiting list. The only other alternative is an enclosed complex about 2 blocks away which can be a pain to get to in the wintertime.
