I've lived here for six months, and the apts. are beautiful, the residents are really nice and pretty calm, having the gym right in the building is great. The laundry room is much cleaner than any I've ever seen, and the rooftop is just a really nice bonus. Yes, it's expensive, but your maintainance concerns will be taken care of quickly, you'll meet some nice people, and you'll be able to walk easily to bars, shops (clothes, food, etc.), churches, book stores, etc.
