First off... Good Luck in your apt. search... I live in the Esplanades/Cambridge Apartments for a long time and now am looking to move. I am not satisfied with the management here for various reasons. The original bookeeping and rental officer were great... they would listen to our concerns and we never had much problems. Apparently they were fired because they supported our concerns a little too much.. ie. we would present a concern and then the personnel would voice our concerns until they were resolved causing "too much work" for their peers. Now the new bookeeper asked us for proof of security deposit and rent after we have been here for some time. I had to go through my bank and Money Order services (a cost we were not reimbursed for) to provide proof! Who allows a tenant to move in if a security deposit was not provided'!' They also attempted to charge us for fees that were never disclosed on the lease. I can continue but at this point I am so disgusted by management I dont want to frustate myself further.
