I stayed here for a summer with two other roommates and found this apartment to be well-kept and convenient. If we had any problems (one actually - leak in the ceiling), maintenance was sure to fix it. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer. Security was great. I wish the balconies would have been a little larger though.
I would check to see if management is the same, because they were friendly to us.
