Good stay for single guy for half a year

I stayed here for half a year in an unfurnished studio and there were no problems. The assistant manager even stayed 2 hours later since I got stuck in traffic on my day moving in. The service was always cordial and timely, and my apartment was very nice. It looked freshley painted and the carpet had no noticable stains. The kitchen was outfitted nicely with a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. The community was gated and seemed pretty secure. When my friends came over, they were allowed to park in any of the "general" spots (the spots that weren't covered and reserved) and this was very convenient for social gatherings. Also, most other apartment complexes in the area don't have their own parking arrangements, they ask you to go elsewhere or they charge you money. 200 Fountain would only charge me parking if I wanted a reserved, covered parking spot. However, there was always ample parking and I've never had a trouble getting a free spot. I'd definitely recommend this apartment.
