Since my husband and I moved in 6 months ago we've had nothing but issues - ceiling leaks, flooding, mold growth stemming from water damage - just to name a few! Management is extremely slow to address issues and at times unresponsive.
Front gates have not been working since we moved-in and parking spaces are few and far between. There have also been numerous vehicle break-ins.

this person is absolutely right about this place! i lived there for one year and the first time it rained i had about 3 buckets out to catch water. then in the summer, there was a bad bee and wasp problem and i had an infant in my home. the central a/c didn't work in the living room almost the entire time i lived there. all these things i called management & maintenance about and it took them at least 2 weeks to come fix--except for the bee problem which was never fixed. don't rent from them, you would be better off camping in some park for free!!!
