The apartments are large and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown New Haven. The pros stop there. The building is poorly maintained and suspect to weekly water and heat failures. Insulation is non existent and you can actually feel the outside wind blow through your doors, windows, and walls. The daytime doorman is so miserable and useless that I avoid the lobby entrance at all costs.
