in addition to the last few reviewers comments (which are dead on regarding the security, elevators, leasers, windows/glass, and parking) i want to add a note about the water problems-- the management will turn off the water for 14 hours at a time for "emergency repairs" at times as frequently as once a month (usually on a weekend when you are finally relaxing at home..). so forget cooking, showering, using the toilet. their consolation is that they provide bathroom facilities 2 blocks away in the other building they own. (It's 10 degrees outside today). Believe it. In fact, there are signs up right now stating that saturday the water will be off from "5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m." Ridiculous... In addition THERE ARE MICE IN THIS BUILDING. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. New haven is full of housing,dont' bother living here
