I have found this place to be great for the location. At the time I moved in two years ago- it was also OK for the money- but the price has increased dramatically.
Problems- Mice and nats. Luckily, they had someone come spray within a day. Appliances are old but work. Laundry is expensive but open all night and day.

Staff are friendly, as are most people who live here. It has been the most quiet apartment I have ever had-once you get use to the garbage trucks and ambulances- overall within the build it is quiet, a great plus if you are a student.
