Stumbled across this site trying to locate the Towers' web-site. (This obviously isn't it).

Most of the negative reviews really made me chuckle. They greatly remind me of SOME of my fellow Yale classmates.

Thankfully we are not all a truly miserable lot. I have lived at the Towers for two years now, and plan to be here for an additional two more. I have recommended this complex to many of my personal friends, (six moved in here,-- and no, they aren't heading for the exits), so I am an obviously biased source.

I'll simply recommend that if you are looking for a rent downtown, and don't want to pay Taft or Cambridge prices, check out the Towers. I'm occasionally one of the grumblers, but the truth is this is the best apartment I've ever lived in. (Off-campus at Penn, two different landlords in NYC).

If in doubt, ask one of the little old ladies who live here about the Towers. I assure you that they are neither drunks, nor sociopaths, as a previous poster alluded. lol.
