Very bad experiences

Several medical students live here every year - and promptly move out after one year. The towers are convenient by location, but have terrible management. They have little to no response for complaints, often poorly clean the apartments prior to move-in, and charge a lot of the security deposit without justification on the way out. Dealing with the leasing office staff is easy before you sign the contract - and Ed turns into Mr. Hyde after you sign. It's impossible to get anything done through them. The doorman is the only pleasant employee. They flooded my neighbor's apartment due to poor maintenance and then flooded it again after claiming to fix it, not paying for her repairs. They constantly have the fire alarm going off early in the morning in the winter due to wiring problems, but won't fix it. The same goes for the toilets and closets in the apartments. They know they can make a killing by the location, and they do, so they care little if you move out, but you get harassed by the leasing staff to resign your lease 6 months ahead of time.
