It will be wise to avoid this apartment at all cost. I was initially attracted to the place by its great view of the green, but during my year there, I learned that the view wasn't worth all the problems that I encountered with the place - starting from the poor maintenance service to the unresponsive management. I had to wait more than a month to have my cracked window replaced and more than two weeks to have a flooding problem resolved. I had to remind College Street management several times before they sent their workers to address the problems. I found the people at the management office not very friendly and sometimes even belligerent. Whenever I called the office for a repair job, the person would transfer me to someone who never answered the phone. I had head there there have been several break ins, but the office never informed its tenets of such incidents, and actually, I was very surprised by the end of my lease that the landlord would simply enter my unit without asking/warning to show the place to prospective tenets.
