Seriously a group of retarded monkeys with no limbs could run this place better. College Street LLC is the absolute most incompetent company. It took three weeks for them to fix a water leak problem in my apartment, and only after repeated calling. They never respond to maintenance calls. The guy they send is the laziest bum ever. They lied about the heat being included in the rent. They lied about the fitness center. They left a threatening call for me after they LOST MY DEPOSIT CHECK AND TOLD ME I DIDN'T PAY IT. Who loses a deposit check' What a bunch of idiots!!! They also neglected to send us an electric bill until six months into our lease and sacked us with a 600 bill. Avoid these dumbasses at all costs.
