Yes, you will walk in the apartment and think it looks amazing! Dont be fooled like me! I am not some angry person or anything and have never had any problems with management, but there are some real issues with this place!

1)THE WHOLE CITY HAS THE CODE TO THE BUILDING! Dont be fooled by the guard when you walk in to view the place. They are great at what they do at the front of the building, but there is a back door that has no guard. People use the back door all the time! Many people in the town use this as a cut through from Crown to Chapel.

2)The back door on Crown is always broken because it gets used so much! People also never close this door. This has to be a HUGE safety risk to anyone living in the courtyard area.

3)Go online and do a sex offender search!

4)the walls are paper thin (you hear people pee, cough, sneeze, talk, etc)!

5)People that work in the office buildings walk up and down the apartments hallway. They are usually coming to or leaving work (the hallway is a cut through to their parking garage) talking loudly on the cell phones (everything in the hall is super loud in the apartment.) Also, if you open your door when they walk by they try to get a peek into the apartment (curiously I guess.) creepy people!

5)Washing machines ALWAYS broke! Management doesn't care about this issue!

Seriously, if you visit the property ask a resident their opinion on the place! You can usually find one cussing out a broken washing machine in the laundry room! If anyone is happy here it is only because they have lived here only a month or so. If you are looking for your kids coming to college please put them somewhere safer! Eli, Centerpoint, etc...they are all better than here!
