Haven't had roaches, but got them now. The landscaping it nice, plenty of parking, the staff if nice, apartments a little on the small side. Some of them have balconies and A/C included. H/HW included in rent. Dishwasher. Walls a little thin and rooms are tight. Very squeeky floors though. I feel like I have to tip toe in my own apt. It's okay all in all. Not some place I would live for more than a year or so.
