So Ok we do not have a lot of money so we figured that this would be a safe bet heat including and cheap rent. Loud neighbors, idiot staff, every other month they have to come in your apt but they will not tell you when (sorry I like my privacy), smelly and too many drunk idiots roaming around making a mess. It is too bad cuz it could be a good place if everyone there was not an idiot. Could not even live out the lease it was so bad. Never felt safe when I was there alone. Maybe for 300 a month it would have been worth it but 800 no way. And when I initially went in they asked how I found out about them and I told them through a website (to be left unnamed) and they put down that I found them by driving by and this place is not on a main street and you would never just drive by and see it. To make a long story short I lost out on my bonus money because of them too.

I agree on the safety part. I do not feel safe there. It is like a suburban ghetto. Kids jumping on vehicles smashing and kicking items in the parking lot with NO regard to anybody. I am fairly young and i was a terror when i was young. These kids put me to shame. They kick footballs off the ground they throw rocks at each other they litter and kill animals. The staff is nice and they post different events, but you would be sh**ing your pants even walking through this place alone. First thing my wife said to me when we moved in, " Babe you have to go get your permit" She meant pistol. ONLY good thing about the place, the landscaping.
